He had no knowledge of the 1988 monitoring <br />well, discussed below. <br />Mr. Kaler was not aware of any former structures, underground fuel tanks, illegal <br />dumping, buried debris, or other environmental issues affecting the Site. <br />6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br />6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br />Hazardous Materials Records <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br />regarding the Site address of 15550 West Grant Line Road, Stockton. Laura <br />Sauers of that office indicated that no hazardous materials records were <br />identified (personal communication, March 15, 2022). <br />Well & Septic Permits <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />well and septic permit files for the Site address of 15550 West Grant Line Road. <br />Six permits were identified. <br />• September 1980 permit for pipe replacement at domestic well. <br />• July 1980 permit for pump repair at domestic well. The well was depicted <br />south of the western house. <br />• February 1988 permit for new two-inch diameter monitoring well, <br />approximately 100 feet deep. <br />• October 1988 permit for destruction of four, two-inch diameter monitoring <br />Wells 20, 30, 60, and 115 feet deep. An attached letter indicated that <br />these were part of a larger investigation of the Santos Ranch area. <br />• May 1997 permit for repair to domestic well. The first water level is listed <br />at 22 feet; the pump was set at 60 feet. <br />• August 2001 permit for well system repair at domestic well. The depth of <br />the well was listed as 338 feet; the pump was set at 140 feet, and first <br />water was reported at 81 feet. <br />These permits have been included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br />LOGE 2214 5 <br />
