Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's maps of Nitrate - Land Use Data and DBCP - Land Use Data dated February 20, 2019. According to the nitrate map (Plate 4), seven wells within a one -mile radius of the subject Site have been tested; nitrate was detected in two of the wells at concentrations between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N, and in five of the wells at concentrations between 5.1 and 10.0 mg/L-N. Five wells within a one -mile radius of the Site were tested for DBCP (Plate 5); DBCP was detected in one well at a concentration over 0.2 �kg/L; it was not detected in any of the other wells. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate is 10 mg/L-N; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 µg/L. 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office regarding agricultural use of the site. According to Monica Hernandez of that office, the Site has been almond orchard farmed by Holfman & Sons in the recent past (correspondence, March 23, 2022). A variety of agricultural chemicals have been applied to the property, as indicated on the attached table (Appendix 6). No violations were identified. 7.4 California Geologic Energy Management Division Records The California Geologic Energy Management Division (CaIGEM) Well Finder website was queried on March 20, 2022 for mapped oil or gas wells within one- quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on March 20, 2022 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter mile of the Site. No pipelines were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site. Local pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area. LOGE 2216 6
