TRUCK PARKING=The design of truck parking areas shall ba as follows: <br /> 1. Truck parking spaces shall ba a minimum 25 feet in length and l5 feet in width and shall gave <br /> minimum h¢ight clearance of 14 f¢et. (Development Titi¢Section 9-406.070[g][1]) <br /> 2. All storage materials and relaiad activities. including storage areas for trash,shall be screened so <br /> as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways. This screening shall ba <br /> between 6 and a feet In height Items stored within 100 feet of a public street or a Residential zone <br /> shall not be stacked higher than 2 feet above the adjacent screen. Ail exterior electrical cage enclosures and storage tanks shall be screened from view from adjacent <br /> public streets and Residential zon¢s.
