INTRODUCTION

AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Limited Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan
for the property located at 6220 East Victor Road (Hwy 12), Lodi, California (site). The
scope of work includes the advancement of two (2) soil borings for the collection of soil
samples, installation of five (5) temporary soil-vapor sampling points for collection of soil-
vapor samples and preparation of a report.

This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (EHD) application for drilling permit. A plan of the site with proposed
soil boring locations is presented in Figure 1.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK

The property is occupied by an injection molding facility that utilizes a variety of chemicals
and solvents, including solvent-based paints. The property is serviced by an on-site
domestic well and on-site septic system, which receives wastewater discharges.

During performance of a Phase I Environmental Sites Assessment for the subject
property, AGI identified several areas of potential environmental concern, including:

 A hazardous waste storage area.
 A parts cleaning area near the on-site domestic well.
 An historical parts cleaning area near the southwest corner of the main building.
 A self-contained paint gun washer.
 A paint booth, where solvent-based paints are utilized.
 An on-site septic tank and leach lines.
 An on-site shallow stormwater pond, located on the south end of the property.

To assess the areas of concern, AGI will perform the following:

 Permitting and pre-field work activities.
 Two (2) soil borings will be advanced on the west side of the southern warehouse
building to a depth of 15 feet below surface grade (bsg).
 A total of five (5) temporary soil-vapor sampling points will be installed to five feet
bsg and sampled at the south end of the primary building structure on the northern
part of the property.
