This investigation will follow the QA/QC procedures from Section 3.3
of the Final UST Work Plan to ensure that the data derived from this investigation meet program
QA parameters and are defensible and usable for their intended purpose. The following QA/QC
procedures will be implemented in accordance with the Final UST Work Plan:
• Field quality assurance.
• Special training requirements/certifications.
• Laboratory quality controls procedures.
• Data validation, verification, and management.
3.4 Data Reporting
After completion of work, the data will be presented to the Port and the CVRWQCB in an
investigation report, which will include the following items:
• A description of field events.
• Any deviations from sampling, analysis, and validation described in this Final Work
Plan Addendum.
• Field logs, including boring logs and COC forms.
• Chemical testing results.
• Data quality assessment.
• Laboratory reports.
• Data validation reports.
Results will also be submitted electronically to the State Water Resources Control Board's
GeoTracker database.
Final Investigation Work Plan Addendum—UST 817B 9 June 24,2022
