<br /> Monitoring Specifications
<br /> 1. Monitor and sample all wells installed in conjunction with the Site investigation which have not
<br /> been properly abandoned. As shown in Figure 1, which is attached and made part of this
<br /> Order by reference, two groundwater monitoring wells and eleven remediation wells have not
<br /> been abandoned. Groundwater samples shall be collected and analyzed quarterly using
<br /> standard Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) protocol and methods shown in Table 1,
<br /> below.

<br /> Reporting Specifications
<br /> 2. When reporting data, the Responsible Party shall arrange the information in tabular form so
<br /> that the date, constituents, and concentrations are readily discernible and shall summarize
<br /> the data in such a manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order.
<br /> 3. Quarterly reports are due by the first day of the second month following the close of
<br /> each calendar quarter (i.e. 1 May, 1 August, 1 November, and 1 February). The first
<br /> monitoring report is due 1 August 2017. Quarterly reports are to conform to the requirements
<br /> of the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 30, and shall be submitted
<br /> electronically over the internet to the State Water Resources Control Board Geotracker
