Each report shall include the following minimum information: <br /> (a) A description and discussion of the groundwater sampling event and results, including <br /> trends in the concentrations of pollutants, groundwater elevations in the wells, how and <br /> when samples were collected, and whether the pollutant plume(s) is delineated and <br /> stable. <br /> (b) Groundwater elevation contour maps for all groundwater zones. <br /> (c) Isocontour pollutant concentration maps for all groundwater zones and all detected <br /> constituents. <br /> (d) Map(s) showing all soil and groundwater sampling locations, permanent and <br /> temporary. <br /> (e) Tabulated monitoring well and remediation well construction details, such as well <br /> number/name, groundwater zone being monitored, coordinates (longitude and latitude), <br /> ground surface elevation, reference elevation, elevation of screen, elevation of <br /> bentonite, elevation of filter pack, and elevation of well bottom. <br /> (f) Tabulated historical and current groundwater analytical results, measured depth to <br /> groundwater, and thickness of product (if applicable) for all monitoring wells and <br /> remediation wells. <br /> (g) Tabulated historical and current vertical (if applicable) and lateral flow directions and <br /> gradients. <br /> (h) Tabulated soil analytical results and sample depths for all samples collected in <br /> association with the Site investigation. Denote which sample locations have been <br /> excavated or are located in an area subject to active soil remediation. <br /> (i) A copy of the laboratory analytical data report for all samples analyzed during the <br /> reporting period. <br /> (j) Field logs that contain, at a minimum, water quality parameters measured before, <br /> during, and after purging, volume of water purged, method of purging, depth of water, <br /> and, if applicable, depth and thickness of floating free phase petroleum product. <br /> 4. The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in <br /> this Order shall be reported to the Central Valley Water Board. <br /> 5. The Responsible Party shall submit electronic copies of reports, documents and electronic <br /> data which conform to the requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, <br /> Division 3, Chapter 30, over the Internet to the State Water Board's Geographic Environmental <br /> Information Management System (Geotracker) database system at <br /> https://geotracker.waterboards.ca.gov. Electronic submittals shall comply with Geotracker <br /> standards and procedures as specified on the State Water Board's website. <br />
