4 Roles and Responsibilities <br /> 4.1 Employer <br /> Clean Energy is responsible for implementing this emergency response plan, and shall review the plan no less than <br /> annually, and update it whenever there are changes in procedures, regulations, equipment, or technology. <br /> 4.2 Employees <br /> Employees shall ensure review the emergency response plan and comply with all policies, procedures,and regulations. <br /> When necessary, and safe to do so, onsite employees shall assist in the evacuation of all affected personnel to the <br /> appropriate safe refuge area. <br /> 4.3 Incident Commander(IC) <br /> The IC is responsible for notifying the appropriate company personnel and coordinating initial emergency responses <br /> during incidents that require emergency services. Initial emergency responses include the evacuation of all affected <br /> personnel to the appropriate safe refuge area. <br /> 4.4 Supervisor <br /> The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of this plan are implemented at the operational level, and <br /> that all first responders have been properly trained per the requirements of this plan, and can demonstrate the <br /> necessary level of skill and competence required to respond to emergencies. <br /> 4.5 Contractors <br /> Contractors are responsible for ensuring that all of their onsite employees are trained per the requirements of this <br /> plan. Contractors shall comply with all directions and expectations delegated by Clean Energy or emergency services. <br /> In the event evacuation is necessary, all contractor personnel shall evacuate to the appropriate safe refuge area. <br /> 4.6 Site Visitors <br /> Site Visitors are responsible for complying with all directions and expectations delegated by Clean Energy or emergency <br /> services. In the event evacuation is necessary, all site visitors shall evacuate to the appropriate safe refuge area. <br /> 5 Training <br /> Clean Energy shall provide emergency response training to all affected employees at the time of hire, during <br /> orientation, or before initial assignment. Training shall include information on recognizing and identifying emergency <br /> incidents, responding to those incidents, and utilizing the equipment and tools necessary to secure the site. <br /> 5.1 Retraining <br /> Clean Energy shall retrain all affected employees at least annually and following any accident, change in equipment, <br /> procedural change, or whenever there is reason to believe there is a lack of proper skill or comprehension needed to <br /> work safely. <br /> 5.2 Recordkeeping <br /> Clean Energy shall document all training and maintain copies of records for at least the last 5 years from the date of <br /> completion.At a minimum,training documentation will include the name of the training course, date, location, <br /> names of the attendees, and the name of the qualified instructor. <br /> L/CNG Emergency Response Plan �, Clean Enerav- 2 <br />
