6 Emergency Response Plan <br /> This Emergency Response Plan (ERP) has been prepared to establish the minimum procedures for responding to an <br /> incident at a CE owned or operated L/CNG fueling station. This plan includes protocols to ensure close coordination <br /> with local and state emergency response organizations. In the event of a conflict between the procedures of the ERP <br /> and the requirements of the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ),the more stringent shall govern. <br /> This plan has been prepared in accordance with: <br /> ❑ Chapter 6.95 of the Health &Safety Code Sections 25503-25507 <br /> ❑ Title 19 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 2729-2732 <br /> ❑ Title 8 CCR Section 5194 Hazardous Communication <br /> ❑ NFPA 52 Vehicular Systems Code 2013 <br /> 7 Site Description <br /> The Clean Energy—ANGH Lathrop Food Express station is located on Food Express property located at 1262 Madruga <br /> Road in the City of Lathrop,California.The L/CNG station is located at the southeast section of the property(37.788177 <br /> N, -121.288807 W) with the fueling canopy adjacently located to the southwest. <br /> The station has one (1) 18,000-gallon Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage tank and four (4) 10,000-scf ASME CNG <br /> storage bottles. Both the LNG storage tank and the CNG storage bottles are located above ground and protected by <br /> concrete bollard barriers. Fuel is dispensed through two (2) CNG fast-fill retail dispensers which are positions atop two <br /> fueling islands (two each island) and provide service across two fueling lanes. <br /> This L/CNG Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is limited to only the L/CNG fueling station and does not include any <br /> information regarding the propane storage vessel and any of its associated components.
