(Forward) is pleased to submit two (2) copies of the Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP) <br /> application package prepared for the Forward Landfill. <br /> It is our understanding that the following information is required by CCR 21570 (f) to complete <br /> the SWFP application submittal to your agency: <br /> 1. Joint Application Form <br /> An application form (E-1-77) has been completed to obtain the SWFP. <br /> 2. Joint Technical Document <br /> The Joint Technical Document (JTD) is the main document in support of obtaining the <br /> SWFP. Two (2) copies of the Forward Landfill JTD are included with this application <br /> for the SWFP revision application package. The JTD is considered Attachment 1 to the <br /> application package. <br /> 3. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Compliance <br /> The Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is currently being completed and is <br /> anticipated to be available for public review in June 2002. The Final EIR is currently <br /> anticipated to be certified in August 2002. Upon receipt, certification of the EIR will be <br /> included as part of the SWFP application package as Attachment 2. <br /> •recycled paper <br />
