CEQA Mitigation Monitoring Implementation Schedule <br /> In conjunction with the preparation of the Environmental Impact Report for the Forward <br /> Landfill permitting, a Mitigation Monitoring Program (MMP) is being prepared for the <br /> Forward Landfill in compliance with CEQA Guidelines. The MMP will be included in <br /> the Final EIR. The Final EIR is currently anticipated to be certified in August 2002. <br /> Upon certification of the Final EIR, the provisions of the MMP will be implemented. <br /> 5. San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management Plan (CIWMP) Conformance <br /> Finding <br /> The County is currently revising the CIWMP to incorporate the combined facility. The <br /> CIWMP is currently anticipated to be revised in August 2002. Upon completion, the <br /> conformance finding documentation for the combined facility will be included in <br /> Attachment 3. <br /> 6. Completeness Determination of Preliminary Closure/Post-Closure <br /> Maintenance Plan (PCPCMP) <br /> The PCPCMP is submitted as an integral part of the JTD and this SWFP revision <br /> application. The PCPCMP is included as Appendix L of the JTD. <br /> 7. Closure and Post-Closure Maintenance Financial Assurance Documentation <br /> The financial assurance mechanism selected to fund the necessary closure and post- <br /> closure maintenance activities is described in Section 5.4 of the PCPCMP. Financial <br /> assurance documentation is included as part of this SWFP revision application package <br /> as Attachment 4. <br /> 8. Compliance with Operating Liability Requirements <br /> Operating liability insurance has been obtained for the Forward Landfill. This <br /> information is to be submitted separate from this application package. <br /> 9. Conditional Use Permits <br /> Operations at the existing Forward Landfill are allowed under Use Permit No. <br /> UP-91-12 and Austin Road Landfill operations are allowed under UP-99-17. Upon <br /> certification of the Final EIR a use permit for the combined Forward Landfill will be <br /> issued. The use permit will be included as Attachment 5. <br />
