<br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
<br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health
<br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The sanitizer and detergent bottles at the 2 comp sink were empty, no warewashing was being done
<br />during the inspection. Provide sanitizer at 2 comp sink immediately and when warewashing provide 200 ppm quat minimum
<br />sanitizing solution. Corrected on site, bottles were replaced and dispenser provided 200 ppm quat.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the men's restroom hand sinks was 96 F. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 100
<br />F minimum today.
<br />Cold water was not available at leftmost sink in women's restroom. Provide hot and cold water today.
<br />The water the the 2 comp sink and mop sink was 114 F. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 120 F minimum today.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times.
