Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed debris on floor in dough room, kitchen, and storage room under and around equipment and shelves. Deep clean <br />within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed hole in wall in restroom behind toilet and in storage room near water heater. Repair wall with cleanable material <br />within 1 month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable.
