Lessor hereby agrees to rent to Lessee the real property Located at 259 <br /> S. Guild Avenue Suite A, Lodi, California described as "Central Valley Kitchens". A certified <br /> commercial kitchen. Commencing on the 151 day of May 2020 and occasionally thereafter until this <br /> agreement is terminated. The rate of rental is $190.00 per 8-hour shift. Put your name & start time on the desired day. <br /> For short notice or unavailable days: Call Toby I can write you in & confirm a date. <br /> CANCELLATION: One week prior for Friday-Sunday rental required for full refund. <br /> 72-hour notice for all other weekdays required for full refund. <br /> No shows and within 72 hours full rent is forfeited. <br /> RENT covers use of kitchen, utilities, (gas, electric and garbage) supply of bleach, bath supplies, <br /> hand soap, squeegees, mop heads, brooms and pressure washer. We DO NOT provide garbage <br /> bags, paper towels, rags, dish soap or oven cleaning supplies. We DO NOT provide package or <br /> storage material such as foil, plastic wrap, disposable gloves, and paper liners for sheet pans, etc. <br /> CVK pots, small appliances, & shelved items are for use but must be returned clean & undamaged. <br /> REFUNDALE DEPOSIT: $1000.00 <br /> This deposit is refundable anytime the tenant is no longer using the facility. <br /> This deposit can be used for anything. Such as cleaning charges, damages, <br /> Clean up & reboot of fire suppression system if activated during lessee's rental period. <br /> NON-REFUNDABLE ANNUAL DEPOSIT: $150.00 <br /> This Fee covers the use of the commissary name for one year if you are an active tenant of CVK. <br /> It also is applied to wear & tear of the equipment. <br />
