ON <br /> 10/25/2022, (C)ORDERED TWO TACOS(CHICKEN AND ASADA)AND TWO BURRITOS (CHICKEN AND ASADA). (C) <br /> ATE THE BURRITO AROUND 10:OOPM,AND SAID THE RICE WAS REALLY HARD WHICH CAUSED A CHIPPED <br /> TOOTH. (C) HAS THE BURRITO STILL,AND PICTURES." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per operator, rice is made fresh daily.
