• <br />SAN-JOAQUIN <br />c (7, u <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 9:30 am <br />Time Out: 10:00 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: MCDONALDS #23653 Date: 08/25/2022 <br />Address 1236 W YOSEMITE AVE, MANTECA 95336 <br />Owner/Operator CRAIG SCHRADER Telephone: (209) 239-3379 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint # C00055166 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY WERE SERVED SPOILED FOOD TWO DAYS IN A ROW. THE BREAKFASTS <br />BURRITOS WERE SO OLD THAT THE CHEESE WAS FERMENTED. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: 4 D Delfield cooler has temp at 47F. Provide 41F or below today. All food items in this units are moved to <br />the walk in cooler till temperature is corrected. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br />#8 Use of Time as a Public Health Control <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cheese container on the prep line has the previous sticker for 4 hours time control that ends at 7:30AM. <br />Cheese has temp at 47F. Cheese is discarded voluntarily by the person in charge and new batch is placed with the 4 hours <br />time control sticker. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, records and <br />documentation must be maintained (114000) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />4 D Delfield cooler— 47.00° F Walk in cooler — 41.00° F <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per store manager, he is aware of the complaint. <br />Burritos consumed by the complainant is composed of eggs, sausage and pepper that come precooked and frozen and <br />cheese slice. Precooked frozen eggs and sausage is brought to facility to be stored in the walk in freezer, thawed for 24 hours <br />in walk in cooler ( 41F) and then heated in microwave to be served. Cheese is received prepackaged to be stored in the walk <br />in cooler.
