(Project Client) <br /> and San Joaquin Marketing Association (Property Owner), has prepared this targeted Subsurface <br /> Soil and Soil Gas Investigation Workplan (Workplan) for the Subject Property located at 122 <br /> North Wilson Way and 148 North Wilson Way in Stockton,California 95205 (herein after referred <br /> to as"Subject Site"). This Workplan has been prepared per the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department(SJEHD) Site Mitigation Well&Boring Permit Application requirements,and <br /> describes the proposed scope of work in order to determine the presence, or absence of any <br /> chemicals of concern beneath the Subject Site as a result of the recognized environmental <br /> conditions (RECs) as identified in the Phase I ESA Report prepared by Partner Engineering and <br /> Science, Inc. (Partner), dated September 13, 2021. The highlights of the proposed investigation <br /> are listed below: <br /> • The purpose of the proposed Phase II ESA subsurface soil and soil gas investigations are <br /> to satisfy an environmental site assessment due diligence function for a pending real estate <br /> transaction by the Project Client and potential buyer and not a compliance directive from <br /> a State regulatory agency. <br /> • The proposed sampling plan involves twelve(12) soil borings and three(3) soil gas probes <br /> in shallow soils as shown in Figure 2. <br /> • All of the proposed exploratory soil and soil gas borings will be drilled with a Geoprobe <br /> direct-push drill rig, and the investigation will be limited to shallow soils with a maximum <br /> sample depth of 10 ft-bgs for soils and 5 ft-bgs for soil gas. <br /> • The proposed site sampling involves two contiguous parcels(APN#153-040-210-000) and <br /> (APN#153-050-010-000) as shown in Figure 2 and the field drilling and sampling will be <br /> completed in one full day between 7:30 am through 4:00 pm. <br />
