The average daily vehicle count was 229. <br />September Complaints: 9/11/2013 (EHD) Robert McClellon and Michael Kith stopped <br />is <br />by the landfill to check on a complaint regarding odor or a stench on Austin Road. They <br />had no findings. <br />9/12/13 (EHD) Robert McClellon and Michael Kith stopped by the landfill site to follow <br />up on the complaint from 9/11/2013 and again no findings. <br />9/12/13 (SJVAPCD) Scott Vandyken stopped by the landfill site to check on a odor <br />complaint near Austin Road and Lynch Road.
