All waste inside of compactor has <br />been deemed infectious and is to be removed, placed into red bags, which is <br />then to • placed into -• waste •r„ and -• in -• waste bunker <br />(holding container) to await p/u by Stericycle. EVS staff has been authorized <br />overtime to facilitate the removal of waste as required. Appropriate PPE is being <br />utilized as well as frequent breaks and water is being provided for adequate <br />hydration. All solid waste is to •- placed into r'• box, provided •' •'i <br />(Waste Management) near/at loading dock area. Prior to filling debris box Waste <br />Management is to •- contacted for pick-up, dump and return. Use • the <br />compactor has •:-- shut it and -• as • 06/27/06. • to •- used <br />until Authorized • EHS • Stericycle will provide the necessary barrels <br />and pickup daily, and until further notice.
