Replace handle so that sink is in <br />good working order. Correct within two days. (REPEAT) <br />The prep sink is lacking hot and cold water handles. Replace handles so that prep sink is in good working order within two <br />days. <br />A sewage smell was observed coming from the floor sink at the drive-thru. Investigate cause of smell and repair within one <br />week. Periodically pouring water down drain may eliminate smell. <br />The kitchen hand sink was observed coming off the wall. Secure hand sink to the wall within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br />ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good repair. Any hose <br />used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other purpose. (114171, <br />114189.1, 114190, 114193, 114193.1, 114199, 114201, 114269) <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following was observed: <br />-Several ceiling tiles were stained <br />-Vent near the cook's line was observed with heavy dust and the ceiling surrounding it. <br />Replace stained ceiling tiles with smooth, cleanable ceiling tiles within one week. Maintain vents and surrounding areas <br />clean to protect stored food items from contamination from fallen debris. Correct today. <br />The following was observed: <br />-Floor sink at the drive thru was observed with black build-up <br />-Hard to reach floors and baseboards under shelves and equipment in the kitchen, walk-in cooler and freezer were observed <br />with food debris and build-up <br />Detail clean all floors and floor sinks within one week. Maintain clean. (REPEAT) <br />Base tiles were observed missing from the corner entrance to the kitchen near the hand sink. Replace base tiles with <br />approved flooring so that it is smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent. Correct within two weeks. <br />The wall behind the three compartment sink was observed with black build-up and food debris. Detail clean the wall within <br />two days. Maintain clean. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
