As I promised you upon my return from vacation, to modify our <br />tracking log as you requested — you will find it attached. I added the column "Sterilization — <br />Cook Time Duration". This is the field we will track the begin time and end time of the <br />sterilization processing to ensure it is thirty minutes or greater. Please provide feedback at your <br />convenience.
