Sent by regular and certified mail; Certified Mail Log #7021 1970 0001 0449 1833. Also mailed copies to Curtis Moore at 5948 Friedman Way, Valley Springs, CA 95252-9263; sent by regular and certified mail; Certified Mail Log#7021 1970 0001 0449 1840. 06/14/2022 3660 E Arch Rd - Received an email from Marissa Mak (Valley Air) with an SINGH inspection report. Reviewed report, then updated file. 06/29/2022 3660 E Arch Rd - I received a call from Curtis Moore, property owner, in regards to SINGH the Office Hearing. Mr. Moore stated he is disabled and he is on a fixed income. Per Mr. Moore, he is unable to pay the Office Hearing fee. He also mentioned he does not have a car at the moment to drive to Environmental Health Department. Mr. Moore mentioned he is still recovering from COVID and is having a difficult time cleaning up the property. He did receive a couple dump vouchers from Code Enforcement. I informed Mr. Moore that I will have to discuss the issue with the Program Coordinator and I will call him with an update. Discussed complaint with Robert M. Reviewed parcel on Parcel Viewer. The property is zoned AG/40. It is not in a mandatory garbage service area. I called Republic Services and I was informed the residence does not have garbage service. I called Mr. Moore (209-828-6497) with an update. I informed him if he can get a majority of the property cleaned prior to the office hearing date, then EHD will extend the clean up time. I also asked Mr. Moore if he has garbage service. He stated he does have service, but he is not sure which company. He will provide that information to EHD. 07/08/2022 3660 E Arch Rd - I called Curtis Moore at 209-828-6497 for an update. I left a SINGH message on his voicemail. 07/11/2022 3660 E Arch Rd, Stockton -Complaint reinspection. Complainant alleges there is SINGH an excessive amount of junk in the yard. Junk is occasionally lit on fire. I met with Curtis Moore Jr. (Curtis Moore and Marcella Moore's son). He stated they are trying their best to clean up the property. Progress was observed in the backyard and the front yard. The property is still in need of more cleaning. I also met with Curtis Moore at the site. I informed him the Office Hearing will be cancelled due to progress on the property clean up. I also informed him that I will reinspect the property in 30 days. Note: Multiple inspections conducted on this date, travel time varied. 07/11/2022 3660 E Arch Rd - I called Curtis Moore on his cell phone, there was no answer.
