8. At least 1 accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all accessible <br /> spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines, which are otherwise <br /> connected by a circulation path. §11 B-206.2.4 <br /> 9. Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with <br /> Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. Note that accessible parking spaces are required for <br /> each phase of the project. These parking space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance to the building. <br /> 10. Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility, per the requirements of Chapter 4 of <br /> the California Plumbing Code. <br /> 11.
