I've responded below including our game plan to complete the permit process and <br />repair. Please advise if this is acceptable. <br />- When did the sensor first go into alarm? <br />11/13 we were called out for the alarm, we visited the site and confirmed the repair is needed, and sent permit inquiry <br />to SJCEHD Team. <br />- A previous email stated the sensor would be switched to "alarm only" mode. Is this consistent with the site's <br />monitoring plans? <br />No. This programming change was made temporarily to allow time to obtain permit and return for the repair without <br />station shutdown. I'm not sure whether this repair qualifies as an emergency, so I instructed my team that we would <br />have to wait for your confirmation.
