Hi Bruno, <br />Permits must be approved by the EHD prior to beginning work for non -emergency repairs. I've attached a copy of our <br />service request guidance document for reference. <br />I also have a few additional questions: <br />- When did the sensor first go into alarm? <br />- A previous email stated the sensor would be switched to "alarm only" mode.
