The following emergency repair work was completed on November 29th , 2023 : <br /> • The manometer entry fitting in UDC 23/24 was repaired . <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire district , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District , and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work . All new submittals supersede previous ones . <br /> 3 . Email notification to ustPsjgov . org to arrange the following inspection appointments . <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance . <br /> a . A secondary containment test must be performed on UDC 23/24 in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer' s guidelines . <br /> b . Verification of brine type and witnessing of brine addition in UDC 23/24 . <br /> 4 . Any individual installing underground storage systems or components must possess , or work <br /> under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at <br /> all times while work is being performed who possesses , all of the following : <br /> • One of several permissible valid , current contractor licenses issued by the Contractors <br /> State License Board ( CSLB) <br /> • A current UST Installation/ Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council <br /> ( ICC ) <br /> • A valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component (s) being <br /> installed <br /> 5 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must possess , or work under the direct <br /> and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at all times while <br /> work is being performed who possesses , all of the following : <br /> • One of several permissible valid , current contractor licenses issued by the CSLB <br /> 1868 E .
