Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ustc@,s*qov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Verification of removal of all residual liquid, solids, or sludges <br /> b. Decontamination and inertion of the tanks <br /> c. Verification of sealing of all fill and access locations and piping <br /> d. Verification of power service disconnected from all pumps <br /> e. Any subsequent inertion of the tanks after the initial inspection <br /> f. Quarterly inspections: EHD must be present to witness all quarterly inspections. <br /> g. Verification that the LISTS meet Title 23 Article 3 requirements prior to reuse <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the two 87 tanks, 91 tank and Lubrizol <br /> 9888 tanks prior to the EHD inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Inert LISTS with 30 pounds of dry ice per 1,000 gallon volume after triple rinsing. <br /> 5. A copy of the submitted "Health and Safety Plan" must be on the jobsite for review. <br /> 1868 E.
