SA N J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> 6. Quarterly inspections shall include but are not limited to the following: <br /> a. Visual inspection of all locked caps and concrete plugs <br /> b. Removal of locking caps to determine if any liquids or other substances have been <br /> added to the USTs <br /> c. Verification that the USTs continue to be inerted to levels that will preclude an explosion <br /> 7. Submit copies of quarterly inspection reports to the EHD within 30 days of each inspection. <br /> 8. The UST system must continue to comply with monitoring requirements, repair and <br /> recordkeeping requirements, release reporting and investigation requirements, and release <br /> response and corrective action requirements. <br /> 9. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at https:Hcers.calepa.ca.gov and update the UST Facility and Tank forms to report the <br /> temporary closure and ensure all information is current. <br /> 10. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
