While on
site today we installed new Franklin Fueling drop tubes for all tanks. Drop tubes were installed at or below 95%tank capacity.
At this time the new premium tank did not have fuel and the vapor recover piping was not plumbed in. Because of these
reason a drop tube and leak decay testing was not performed. We also assisted construction by installing two FE Petro Turbin
motors for new 91 tank, connected product and vapor return piping for 91 lines, and assisted with tracking down leaks from
ELD testing. By end of day the 91 Tank did not have fuel, 91 turbines still needed to be wired, all dispensers did not have
power, and vapor recovery line was still not plumbed in. Construction did not have keys for old dispensers so we could not
access the upper cabinet.
08/27 Arrived on site and started to work on clearing sensor alarms. 794380-304 Hydrostatic sensors missing for 87A Fill
Sump, 87B Fill Sump, 87C Fill Sump,Vent trans sump, and Additive trans sump.
Shawn's Truck 168-2 Sensors used
Justin's Truck- 2 Sensors used
Alberto's Truck 74- 1 Sensor used
No Electricians were on site today to assist testers with wiring issues found today.
WSK was on site and was working on dispensers. Power to most dispensers was returned. We were able to gain access to
upper cabinet by getting extra keys from Costco managers inside the store. We worked with WSK to get the dispensers in a
operational state to place in standalone mode for purging and calibrating.A wiring issue in dispenser 19/20 was fixed where
the neutral wire was connected incorrectly. After neutral wire was fixed power to dispenser was restored. With most
dispensers in standalone mode we found a wiring issue that caused the hook signals from Tank 1 and Tank 3 to be swapped.
Walked through wiring issue with Giovanni from Preciado Electric over the phone. Dispensers (5/6,11/12,17/18,23/24)from
Tank 1 would turn on Tank 3 and Dispensers (1/2,7/8,13/14,19/20)from Tank 3 would turn on Tank 1. Gio mentioned that the
issue would be resolved during his next visit to the site Monday 8/29/22.With dispensers in standalone we started to purge
T1-87A and T2-87B via the filter adapters and hoses that we were provided. Tank 3-87C used to be a 91 tank and was still
holding around 9000 gallons of Premium fuel. Checked with Roberto Benito from Construction as to how we would go about
purging T3-87C and the new 91 tank. We were instructed to transfer over the fuel from T3-87C to the 91 Tank and then
transfer fuel from T1-87A and T2-87B to T3-87C so that all lines can be purged. With Tank 1-87A and Tank 2-87B purging we
began to transfer over fuel from T3-87C to the 91 Tank. Purging and fuel transfer occurred until testers left the site. All impact
valves were closed, breakers turned off and keys placed in a secured location before testers left.
08/28 Arrived on site and accessed Kiosk. We began having power issues going to kiosk and fuel panel breakers. We reset
the Main Service disconnect and power issues were resolved. With power restored we started purging Tank 1-87A and Tank
2-87B via purge hoses. We continued fuel transfer from Tank 3-87C to 91 Tank. When the fuel transfer was completed to 91
