The attached work order with the Order Date of 9/30/2022 does not reference at all a technician coming out and determining the drop tube to be faulty. It only references that drop tubes were installed 10/10/2022 on the Tank 2 87B tank. Bruno Espinoza's email from 11/4/2022 stated that a technician came out on 9/27/2022 to inspect the tubes and determined faulty. Do technicians typically not leave work orders on site when they do inspections on your system? We typically see work orders on site at facilities even for inspecting a UST component and not doing any work that day. How was the site notified of the faulty drop tube?How are you keeping records of issues with the UST system if technicians don't leave work orders? a. Attached are emails and work orders from Jones Covey Group. Please confirm if you need any additional information to resolve this violation. • The attached work order(Job Order Field 2256026-1)with the Order Date of 9/30/2022 still does not reflect any technicians determining the drop tube to be faulty.This work order just stated that the T2 overfill flapper was faulty and new T2 drop tube was installed on 10/10/2022. 2
