Costco needs to provide documentation showing the tank installation and upgrades. Refer to the inspection report from 11/8/2022 for more information. It is not the County's responsibility to contact Jones Covey to resolve the open violations. Costco needs to provide their documentation on how they are complying with §2712. Bruno stated that that Jones Covey was not on site until 10/10/2022 to replace the drop tube.So the drop tube was not re-evaluated for functionality prior to being replaced on 10/10/2022? Replacement drop tubes had to have been ordered prior to 10/10/2022 to replace it.These drop tubes were replaced without being verified for functionality since Jones Covey did not do any verification prior to 10/10/2022 replacement on this drop tube? Bruno's email still does not explain how the drop tube was evaluated for functionality.
