• Provide and install the following utility components: <br /> 1. One new SA-577-1000 oil water separator without coalescing plates or media filters <br /> 2. One gate valve <br /> 3. ^31' Fire Water Line <br /> 4. ^260 LF Trench Drain <br /> 5. ^256 LF 6" PVC Storm Drain <br /> 6. —5 LF 10" PVC Storm Drain <br /> 7. Two cleanouts <br /> 8. One modular wetland system <br /> • Backfill trench excavations with material per manufacturer recommendations. <br /> • Install new manhole covers per plans and specifications in preparation for concrete. <br /> • Install the following PCC components per plans and specifications: <br /> 1. Six 42-inch diameter 12'overall depth pier canopy foundations with pier caps <br /> 2. —43 LF three-foot wide concrete swale <br /> 3. —505 LF curb <br /> 4. 12 bollards <br /> S. Kiosk foundation and 4"walkway reinforced per AG-4 <br /> 6. Six owner provided dispenser islands <br /> 7. 13,208 SF 8" reinforced (#4 @ 18" O.C.E.W.) drive slab and intermediate slabs <br /> • Provide and install masonry canopy column cladding for six canopy columns. <br /> • Pave 8,704 SF heavy duty pavement section of 4" asphalt on 15.5"aggregate base, per plans,geotechnical report,and <br /> specifications. <br /> • Due to market availability and low square yardage of asphalt,Marshal Mix and Superpave mixes are not available. This <br /> proposal includes using Caltrans mix in lieu of the specified AC pavement mixes. <br /> • —5,162 SF Landscaping <br /> • Install six new owner provided Gilbarco dispensers complete with hoses nozzles and breakaways. <br /> • Assist with startup of the dispensers and complete mandatory paperwork per manufacture requirements. <br /> • Discharge all ballast waters from UST to an approved client designated location,within 300 LF. <br /> • Assist with fuel delivery into the new UST. <br /> • Purge and calibrate the system. <br /> • Coordinate and assist with start up the system and ensure proper operation. <br /> • Provide labor, material,and equipment to paint islands and bollards per specification. <br /> • Install all owner provided signage in the under-canopy gas station area per plans and specifications. <br /> • Clean up the site and remove all construction debris, including lot sweeping of affected areas. <br /> • Coordinate and assist with monitor certification and final testing of the facility in accordance with agency requirements. <br /> GENERAL CONDITIONS: <br /> 1.
