SCOPE OF WORK GASOLINE SYSTEM <br /> • Provide full time project superintendent and project management support. <br /> • Prepare a working schedule for project teams' approval. Prepare all Costco required equipment order forms, receive, load <br /> and account for all owner supplied equipment upon delivery, pursuant to Costco plans and specifications. <br /> • Create and maintain health and safety plan on site. Prepare and deliver daily work-force sign in forms including daily and <br /> weekly safety reports. Prepare and deliver weekly progress updates, including daily pictures of all work. <br /> • Coordinate all required inspections with jurisdictional authorities and third-party inspectors. <br /> • Provide all work indicated on the green ink drawings,and as known necessary to this scope, including but not limited to,the <br /> below listed items. <br /> • Demolish 6,459 SF existing PCC flatwork, 10,207 SF existing AC paving,—754 LF existing curb,and 8,580 SF existing <br /> landscaping. Haul and properly dispose of all demolition related debris. <br /> • Excavate in preparation for new tank installation,excavation to be a four-sided interlocking sheet pile shored excavation in <br /> accordance to OSHA standards and guidelines. We plan to encounter ground water at a depth of 7.5' below existing grade. <br /> Includes handling, hauling,and disposal of saturated spoils from tank excavation. <br /> • Prepare the excavation to accommodate the new UST. Includes providing of manufacturer approved backfill material. <br /> • Install filter fabric,deadmen, and cables per manufacture and client specifications. <br /> • Install one total wet filled annular UST. <br /> • Backfill the tank excavation with approved material per manufactures specifications. <br /> • Ballast tank with water during backfill operation. <br /> • Install turbine and fill sumps per in accordance with client's specifications. <br /> • Install tank top package onto the new underground storage tank, including but not limited to;turbines,sumps,spill <br /> buckets,extractor's,overfill prevention valves and required steel fittings to make system operational per plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> • Provide and install required electrical service for the new canopy lights,camera conduits,Veeder Root sensors, and for <br /> dispenser power, communication,and intercom. <br /> • Install 18 new owner provided LED canopy lights. <br /> • Replace two existing 2HP fuel turbines with two FE Petro 2 HP variable speed pumps with new PLLD. <br /> • Remove existing turbine sumps and replace with new 48" double wall fiberglass sumps. Remove existing manways and top <br /> hats and replace with composite and twist-lock lids. (Tanks 1-3) <br /> • Remove existing 18"annular lids and replace with 24" lids. (Tanks 1-3) <br /> • Remove existing fill sump fill/spill equipment and replace with OPW Fiberlite fill/spill equipment. (Tanks 1-3) <br /> • Install new Arid Permeator with 6' high CMU enclosure. <br /> • Demo existing and install new controller enclosure. <br /> • Provide and install six new service islands complete with under dispenser containment boxes(UDC's)per plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> • Install twelve new Bravo under dispenser containment sumps(UDC's) <br /> • Install six new owners provided Gilbarco 7005 dispensers complete with hoses nozzles and breakaways. <br /> • Install owner's provided N.O.V.
