Per our conversation . . . <br /> I 've received the permit for replacement of the 87B tank drop tube . According to the application , the <br /> replacement took place on 10/ 10/22 . The work order included with the application indicates an order <br /> date of 9/30/22 and a replacement date of 10/ 10/22 by Jones Covey . Below are the items we discussed : <br /> 1 . Replacement of overfill prevention equipment requires a permit be obtained and approved by <br /> EHD prior to work being conducted . Since the work has already been completed , a Failure to <br /> Obtain a Permit penalty applies ( an additional $468 ) . The permit application cannot be <br /> processed until all fees have been submitted . <br /> 2 . The overfill was tested on 8/30/22 with an EHD inspector present . The work order indicates a <br /> replacement was ordered on or before 9/30/22 and states "T2 has an overfill flapper that is <br /> faulty" . How was it determined that the flapper was faulty? <br /> 3 . The work order lists an Order Quantity of "2 each " . Were two overfill drop tubes replaced ? <br />
