This debriefing will consist of Command, General Staff, Emergency <br /> Management Task Force and Education Department staff. Comments <br /> reported during the debriefing will be documented by the Emergency <br /> Management Task Force chairperson and collaborate with the written <br /> Emergency Plan Critique Form. <br /> C. In the event of an external disaster drill, evaluators, and disaster drill patient <br /> comments may be included as well. Collection of all this information will be <br /> done by the Emergency Management Task Force. This information will be <br /> brought back to the Environment of Care Committee for review of areas of <br /> needed improvement. This written report also goes to the Governing Board <br /> and Medical Executive Committee. <br /> IX. PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS: <br /> Doctors Hospital of Manteca conducts an annual evaluation of the Emergency <br /> Operations Plan and completes an updated hazard vulnerability assessment based <br /> upon recent trends, changing threat levels, and new information available at the time <br /> of the assessment. Performance Improvement objectives are set on an annual basis <br /> and reported on during regular Environment of Care meetings.
