No address given, except <br />for an email address and phone number. <br />SANGALANG <br />04/22/2022 RECEIVED CERTIFIED MAIL BACK WITH RETURN LABEL STATING: BALLWAHN <br />"RETURN TO SENDER <br />NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED <br />UNABLE TO FORWARD." <br />SO I RE-MAILED, REGULAR, THE NOTICE AND ORDER TO ABATE - <br />CANNABIS ACTIVITIES DATED 03/03/2022 TO PROPERTY OWNER <br />GUO SHUN <br />634 W LA CANADA AVE <br />MOUNTAIN HOUSE CA 95391-1150 <br />07/11/2022 Emailed Jeff Yang and asked if he knew what the tenants did with the chemicals <br />and if the chemicals were already removed when he went to the house. Left him a <br />voicemail. <br />PRESTO <br />07/27/2022 Received photos from Jeff Yang via email showing no chemicals. House is <br />currently being renovated per Jeff but there are no more chemicals. Will show <br />photos to lead senior who was on site to verify that those look like the same areas <br />where chemicals were. <br />PRESTO <br />09/20/2022 Jeff sent photos of house restoration progress on 7/16/2022. Chemicals were <br />removed prior to him beginning to restore the house. He is unaware of what the <br />prior tenants did with the chemicals that were on site.
