<br />cultivated, harvested, dried, or processed within a single private residence, or upon the grounds of that private residence, at one time; SJC Ord. Code,
<br />Title 4, Section 4-20005(a) - Maximum Plants per Premises. A maximum of six (6) cannabis plants, immature or mature, are allowed per premises.
<br />Owner Written Approval Required. SJC Ord. Code, Title 4, Section 4-20005(c) - A tenant must have written landlord approval to engage in personal
<br />cultivation of cannabis. •
<br />Outdoor Cultivation and Processing Prohibited. SJC Ord. Code, Title 4, Section 4-20005(d) - No person shall cause, permit or allow the outdoor
<br />cultivation or processing of cannabis on the premises. •
<br />Safe Storage. SJC Ord. Code, Title 4, Section 4-20005(e) - The cultivation and cannabis produced therefrom is contained within a fully enclosed
<br />structure secured by lock and key or other security devise to prevent unauthorized entry and is inaccessible to minors. M
<br />Ar, 6 . ej Cultivation in an Unapproved Structure. SJC Ord. Code, Title 4, Section 4-20005(b) - The premises must contain a habitable personal residence.
<br />Cultivation in a residence or fully enclosed accessory structure only.
<br />Maximum Size. SJC Ord. Code, Title 4, Section 4-20005(f) - Cultivation shall not exceed 100 square feet of residence or accessory structure. CI

<br />. LN, Proper Pesticide Use. SJC Ord. Code, Title 4, Section 4-20005(1) - Use or storage of any pesticide inconsistent with the label or applicable laws or in a
<br />manner that is detrimental to public health, safety, or welfare, is prohibited.
<br />Proper Water Use. SJC Ord. Code, Title 4, Section 4-20005(m) - Cultivation of cannabis must comply with all laws governing water and wastewater. •

<br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDERS:
<br />i)a Destroy and dispose of all unpermitted cannabis plants. 511Take action to mitigate all public nuisances.
<br />F Cease use of prohibited or improperly used chemicals. OProperly dispose of all wastes/provide receipts.
