COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 2:10 pm <br /> 1:45 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: TACO BELL #34173 Date: 05/22/2023 <br />Address: 4327 E WATERLOO RD, STOCKTON 95215 <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209) 931-5815 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055854 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ORDER A CHICKEN CHALUPA WHEN SHE BIT INTO IT, FIRST BIGHT THERE WAS A BONE IN THE <br />CHICKEN, PRETTY LARGE ALMOST BROKE TOOTH. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />chicken (hot hold) -- prep table -- 155.00º F back up chicken (hot hold) -- 2 D warmer -- 150.00º F <br />walk-in -- 40.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Manager was aware of the complaint. <br />Manager stated that the grilled chicken strips they receive and use for their chalupas should not have any bones in them. <br />Per manager they receive the grilled chicken strips from their processor frozen which are placed in the walk-in freezer after <br />delivery. They are placed in the walk-in cooler to thaw and then are reheated and hot held at the prep table or warmer unit. <br />No bones/bone pieces were observed during the inspection in the chicken strips at the walk-in cooler packages or prep table. <br />Manager stated that they will contact their chicken strip processor about this incident and follow up with them. <br />Discussed report with Hailey Tulley, Manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
