Per facility policy,
gloves are used only at food prep stations and hands are washed every 30 minutes or as needed (in case of changing tasks).
During my inspection, I observe an employee that is practicing the straws policy at the drive thru window after washing her
hands and she was asked to help at the register with handling money.Afterward she went to wash her hands before returning
to the drive thru station to help with orders delivery.
Washing hands between tasks is practiced by many employees during my visit.
All hand wash stations are supplied with hot water at 100F or more, soap and paper towels.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist: GEHANE FAHMY Phone: (209)616-3052
FA0016066 C00056138 SCO04 09/28/2023
EHD 16-23 Rev.04/07/22 Page 1 of 1 Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
