COMPLAINANT CALLED THE IN N OUT HOT LINE AND COMPLAINED. VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. Manager is not aware of the complaint.As per manager,the policy of removing the straws wrapping papers was used before COVID-19 at the drive thru and shakes stations only and 2 weeks ago they started to use this policy again. Per facility policy, gloves are used only at food prep stations and hands are washed every 30 minutes or as needed (in case of changing tasks). During my inspection, I observe an employee that is practicing the straws policy at the drive thru window after washing her hands and she was asked to help at the register with handling money.Afterward she went to wash her hands before returning to the drive thru station to help with orders delivery. Washing hands between tasks is practiced by many employees during my visit. All hand wash stations are supplied with hot water at 100F or more, soap and paper towels. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
