<br />OBSERVATIONS: Pipe, draining the prep sink, in the mop sink, is lacking air gap. Provide air gap at least one inch off the
<br />mop sink rim in 1 week.
<br />Pipe, draining the front hand sink in the underneath flor sink, is broken and pipes edges are connected by using duct tape.
<br />Replace broken pipe by new one in 1 week.
<br />Water faucet of the 3 comp sink is not secured and leaking. Replace water faucet in 1 week.
