I just wanted to bring <br /> you up to speed on Valley Pacific's return to compliance for the Stockton facility at 166 Frank West Circle.We have <br /> incorporated the yard secondary containment measures described in our SPCC Plan.This included installation of a berm <br /> at the entrance to our facility.The concrete berm was completed early last month but was painted last week. I have <br /> included a few pictures for your reference.This email plus the information provided in June should correct the issues <br /> noted in the Hazardous Waste Program and APSA Program inspection from earlier this year.
