APSA Violation#301 - Failed to amend Plan as necessary. <br /> According to the Valley Pacific RTC letter sent to SJCEHD on March 30, 2022, completion of the SPCC Plan update was <br /> scheduled for May 13, 2022. In an email dated May 9, 2022,Valley Pacific provided SJCEHD an update and requested an <br /> extension until June 3, 2022.Valley Pacific emailed an electronic copy of the SPCC Plan to SJCEHD on June 3, 2022,for <br /> review.Valley Pacific believed that the SPCC Plan addressed the violations from the SJCEHD inspection. <br /> Valley Pacific received no response from SJCEHD until receiving the notice dated February 27, 2023. <br /> APSA Violation#712 - Failed to perform scheduled tank tests or inspections by appropriately qualified personnel. <br /> According to the Valley Pacific RTC letter sent to SJCEHD on March 30, 2022,the tank was moved out of the loading dock <br /> to the truck wash to facilitate inspection, pictures of the tank in the location were included.The text from the RTC letter <br /> is included below: <br /> "The Facility tank (AST-8)was moved to the Truck Wash Bay to facilitate routine inspection.
