sde mums gurslion Legord. • Alleged lend. It EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Introduction: On May 03, 2022, Stockton Environmental Inc. (SEI) performed an inspection for Asbestos- Containing Materials (ACM). Mr. Dwayne G. McAllister and Mr. Gabriel Munoz conducted asbestos sample collection services for SEI. Mr. Munoz is a Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST 17-6014) for Asbestos under the direction of Mr. McAllister a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC - 92-0213). Scope of Services: The Asbestos inspection was conducted to identify the presence of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) (within the specified scope) in accordance with the Federal Environmental Protection Agency Regulation 40 CFR Part 763.85 and the local Air Pollution Control District's Asbestos Notification and Inspection Requirements. Specifically, in response to the Waste Discharge/Spill Response Notice to Abate, dated March 17, 2022, issued by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. SEI collected samples of suspect materials to determine the presence of asbestos alleged to have been buried underground and is now resurfacing. Two locations were identified for inspection. Alleged Location 1 — Northeast Track (north to south) — SEI reference Track 2 Alleged Location 2 — West Track (east to west) — SEI reference Track 1 The following onsite conditions restricted the inspection: For safety reasons, the client requested a pit depth of no more than eighteen inches as no Utility Locating Services have been completed. The soils adjacent to track one are hard packed thus prohibiting hand digging in this area. For safety reasons, the client requested the backhoe not access track two as the path would require crossing three to four sets of tracks.
