Each suspect sample was sealed in its own zip lock plastic container and labeled with a unique
identification number. Sampling tools were individually cleaned before and after each sample
was collected to avoid sample cross contamination. Decontamination was accomplished using
individual use, pre-moistened cloths.
Samples were recorded on SEI's in-house chain-of-custody form. This form accompanied the
samples to EMSL Analytical, Inc. (EMSL).
SUMMARY OF READINGS
Asbestos - SEI's inspection of the subject site collected Twenty-Five (25) bulk samples in
which the laboratory determined Twenty-Five (25) materials for analysis.
