SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />co U N 1 '1 <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />WOODY'S MOBILE <br />Facility Address: <br />7750 W ELEVENTH ST, TRACY <br />Date: <br />December 07, 2021 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # Remarks <br />113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br />years during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br />This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br />the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 2018-2021 for all hazardous <br />waste including used oil, used oil filters, waste aerosols, waste car batteries. Provide these records and a <br />corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br />This is a Class ll violation. <br />115 CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(B) Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br />OBSERVATION: Bills of lading for the recycling of lead acid batteries from 2018-2021 were not found on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.81 Requirements <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report accurate program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) website. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br />website. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br />CERS website.
