Provide these records and a <br />corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br />This is a Class ll violation. <br />115 CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(B) Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br />OBSERVATION: Bills of lading for the recycling of lead acid batteries from 2018-2021 were not found on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.81 Requirements <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report accurate program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) website. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br />website. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br />CERS website.
