Provide these records and a <br /> corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 115 CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(B)Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Bills of lading for the recycling of lead acid batteries from 2018-2021 were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 Califomia Code of Regulations section 66266.81 Requirements <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4)Failed to report accurate program data in the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System(CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website.
