Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f)Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were:Waste oil containers with no labeling,and a drum of used drained oil filters,and drained used fuel filters <br /> without a accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator,hazardous properties, physical state,composition <br /> (contents),accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
