Provide soap in a pump style dispenser in restroom and maintain <br /> stocked at all times. Maintain fan covers and surrounding areas clean to protect food from contamination from fallen debris. <br /> Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/Supplied/Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:A toilet paper dispenser was lacking in the restroom. Install a toilet paper dispenser and maintain <br /> stocked and in good working order at all times. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br /> well-fitting self-closing door.
