Per contractor the glassware dishwasher will likely <br /> not be installed at the bar/banquet service area. <br /> The kitchen was a 199900 BTU water heater, and the bar, bathrooms, and bar/banquet service area have a 100000 BTU <br /> water heater. <br /> The 3 comp sink dispenser produced 1875 ppm lactic acid. <br /> The three 2 D Crescor warmers in banquet service area were turned off during the inspection. Provide 135 F or above when <br /> hot holding PHFs. <br /> The 4 Coca Cola display units under the front counter were turned off during the inspection. Provide 41 F or below when cold <br /> holding PHFs. <br /> The rotisserie chicken unit is self-contained. <br /> Facility will have approx. 500 seats. <br /> Obtain approval from all other jurisdictions. <br /> Discussed report with Rober Moen. <br /> No signature captured. <br /> Ok to issue permit once indirect connection for ice cream dipper well is verified by EHD. <br /> PE 1626,fee$425. <br /> Additional fees of$234 for plan check re-inspection to be paid prior to issuance of permit. <br /> There are currently 400 lbs of carbon dioxide(CO2)cylinders at the facility. Please be aware that CO2 is an asphyxiant and is <br /> therefore considered a hazardous material subject to regulation under Chapter 6.95, Health and Safety Code, Division 20.The <br /> reportable quantity for CO2 is 137 pounds or 1,200 cubic feet in San Joaquin County(SJC).You will be placed into SJC <br /> Environmental Health Department Program 1919 for Hazardous Material Business Plan (HMBP)and California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)compliance.
