(APN 157- <br /> 210-46) (PREVIOUSLY 157-210-33, 34, AND 35) <br /> Other Comments <br /> The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and <br /> extension of all sewer laterals to serve the three (3) proposed residential lots in <br /> accordance with City standards, including permit acquisition. <br /> All connections to City maintained utilities requires an encroachment permit from the <br /> City's Public Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in a County area, County permits for work done in the i <br /> street right-of-way will be required. <br /> t <br /> Existing septic systems shall be abandoned in compliance with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, the City of Stockton can provide <br /> sanitary sewer and water services to the three (3) proposed residential lots. All <br /> necessary permits must be obtained before connection to City sewer is allowed. <br /> This letter only represents the condition of the City's sewer system at this time. This <br /> letter does not constitute a reservation of capacity, nor does it vest this property with <br /> any entitlements.
