EXIBIT A <br /> Description <br /> Of Parcel "I" <br /> Per PA-2300027 <br /> A portion of Parcel I (One) as described in that certain Grant Deed to Charles R. <br /> Fisher recorded the 12th day of October, 2004, as Document No. 2004-231173, <br /> San Joaquin County Records, located in the Southeast Quarter (S.E. 1/4) of <br /> Section 33 (Thirty-Three), Township 1 (One) South, Range 8 (Eight) East, Mount <br /> Diablo Base and Meridian, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Section 33 (Thirty-Three); thence <br /> along the Easterly line of said Section 33, North 00001'48" East, a distance of <br /> 478.07 feet; thence North 89006'08" West, a distance of 944.81 feet to a point on <br /> the Westerly line of said Parcel I (One); thence along said Westerly line on the <br /> following 5 (Five) courses: <br /> 1. South 00°00'31" East, a distance of 35.25 feet; <br /> 2. South 66027'00" East, a distance of 26.60 feet; <br /> 3. South 00°01'54" West, a distance of 218.96 feet; <br /> 4.
